The Lounge
So it has the things a lounge has -- showers, food, storage, seating, *some* alcohol. Not the international side, but the EU side (aka, this is local/regional) and it's not an international experience.Dining Area
So it's kind of a separate dining area, dedicated tables and a self-serve drinks and buffet style.

Now, go left for lockers, or down the path to the lounge
Helpful when you want to run into the terminal for a while
Self booking showers, spacious
Take your phone calls without getting death stares from the Finns in the lounge
Breakfast. Not nearly what is in the biz side though
The 'drinks', which are also much less than the business side
Dining with kids, which I am not sure I enjoy all the wild ones in the premium side these days

Summary
Well, the only significantly different thing I could find with this was it only let in people with high status or flying first class. So it was less busy, but the food and drink was definitely not a winner over the business lounge, and doesn't even come close to the Platinum Lounge on the international side.The biz side is a better option here for food and drink, but this side if you want some quiet.
